Office — Ankara
Working
Floor.
Ankara · 2024
01Brief
A fast-growing tech team wanted a headquarters that was 'not corporate, but not careless either.' We had to compose focus, collaboration and rest on one floor without diluting the team's identity.
02Concept
We split the floor into three acoustic zones: quiet focus, team desks and a social core. Instead of glass boxes we drew soft boundaries with timber shelving and translucent curtains. Meeting rooms sit at the core; the view is left to the people.
An office isn't a productivity machine; it's a place people choose to come back to.

03Material Palette
Acoustic felt panels, natural-oak profiles, a micro-concrete floor and dusty-green textiles. We refused corporate grey for warm neutrals. Lighting is task-led: linear over the desks, soft indirect in the social spaces.
04Build & Site
We worked in a live building, on weekends and night shifts, without disturbing the neighbouring floors. The full acoustic ceiling and the data infrastructure inside the raised floor were delivered on a tight four-week schedule.
05Outcome
An internal survey three months after the move showed a clear rise in focus satisfaction. The team now chooses to meet on their own floor rather than elsewhere.
